The Key of 23 Table: Full Comparisons and Source Notes

These tables support The Key of 23 Table: Ordinary Dates and Expanded Spans. They preserve the useful chronological content of the earlier tables, with the generating spans, inherited shifts, and alternate settings stated. The comparison columns are generated displays; they do not replace the ordinary MT chronology or become new canonical historical dates.

All dates in the chronological comparison tables are BC, unless stated otherwise. n means Nisan/spring reckoning and t means Tishri/autumn reckoning. An empty comparison cell makes no assertion. Scripture supplies ages and events; BC placements and ratio applications belong to the declared chronology.

1. The ordinary settings

The baseline is MT Standard-Normal, obtained from the Minimum-Regular substrate where needed by its declared +215-year sojourn fork. It uses 430 years in Egypt, 2166 BC for Abraham’s birth, 1876 BC for entry into Egypt, 1446 BC for the Exodus, and 1406 BC for the Conquest. It does not open +60 Terah or restored second Cainan. The table’s 2236–2031 BC Terah row belongs to its baseline begetting setting; the other Terah forks must be named before use.

The standard Noah/Flood display uses Gear 2: Noah 3058–2108 BC, Flood 2458–2457 BC. Shem’s 2556–1956 BC row is the Arphaxad-bound 100-year setting; Arphaxad’s birth remains 2456 BC. The separate Noah-bound Shem setting 2558–1958 BC is also admissible. These bindings should not be mistaken for evidence that every patriarchal row shifts by two years.

For Creation, 4114 BC is the completion/table endpoint, 4116 BC Adam’s Year-6 coordinate, and 4121–4114 BC the broader week framework. The familiar 4114–3184 Adam table interval carries 930 years, but its head must retain its table-endpoint role. A generated Creation week is an explicitly transformed wrapper, not a new literal birth-year ruling.

Aaron’s phase-aware 1530t–1407t BC life preserves 123 years. The canonical fixed-epoch table also uses the coarse birth label 1529 BC; its actual summer death remains 1407 BC. The older compressed 1529–1406 comparison is not a reason to redate that summer death. Moses remains 1526–1406 BC = 120, and ordinary Joshua 1476–1366 BC = 110. Aaron/Moses phase settings do not change the ordinary Exodus or Conquest anchors.

Sources: File 18 §§1.3.1, 1.3.4–1.3.5, 2.1.2–2.4, with File 07 for Creation and File 11 for gear distinctions. Genesis 11:10–11, BSB supplies Shem’s Arphaxad-bound age and 600-year lifespan; the alternatives are chronological settings, not alternate English quotations of the same verses.

File 17 §0.4 requires exact rational operators and distinguishes whole-year conversion from physical residue or conceptual residual-day calculations. Files 11–12 control related calendar and gear applications. The operator names do not establish physical solar-calendar identity on their own.

The following independent calculations hold Exodus 1446 BC fixed. The generated head equals 1446 + expanded span. Other displayed dates may inherit the gain as a section translation; that is a further declared operation.

Ordinary source coordinates are controlled by File 18 and its person/event dependencies; exact operators by File 17. File 22 §9.2 explicitly supplies the direct Creation example. File 62 separately develops the Jacob/Moses phase constructions below. Exact carrier arithmetic does not promote every inherited row of this reconstructed comparison table into a newly established canonical date.

3. Full chronological comparison table

These six sections cover all 40 chronological body rows in the earlier tables. They keep the method visible and apply the unambiguous corrections. Each row’s declared carrier and detailed note are retained in the complete reconstructed CSV and JSON (data ZIP); the ordinary reference CSV is also available.

The inheritance rule preserves the duration of a displayed biography by adding the same gain to both endpoints. Gains change at section boundaries. Consequently, a parent and child from different generated sections do not jointly constitute a new ordinary begetting chronology. A translated entry into Egypt and a separately translated Exodus likewise do not define a new 430-year sojourn.

3.1 Creation through Jared: inherited +192 / +32

The carrier is Jared 3654 → Exodus 1446 BC = 2208. The ratios produce gains 192 and 32, inherited by this section. The alternate direct Creation +232 route is shown separately in §4.

Jared also admits the earlier table’s alternate inherited Lamech gains: 3810–2848 under +156, 3680–2718 under +26, and 3660–2698 BC under +6. They are supplementary section comparisons. The Book of Enoch places the Watchers’ descent in Jared’s days; that literary setting does not turn a transferred gain into a new historical birth-date statement.

3.2 Enoch through Lamech: inherited +156 / +26 / +6

The carrier is Lamech 3240 → Exodus 1446 BC = 1794. It expands to 1950, 1820, or 1800. The corresponding gains 156, 26, and 6 are inherited by all three displayed biographies.

Enoch’s Scripture lifespan remains 365 (Genesis 5:23, BSB). A 364-year companion closure would end at 3284, 3154, or 3134 BC, respectively. Those calendar comparisons do not replace the 365-year biography. The older additional-year interpretation belongs to the Enoch source discussion and is not required to establish these translated intervals.

3.3 Noah, Shem, and the Flood: inherited +88

The carrier is Gear-2 Flood 2458 → Exodus 1446 BC = 1012, expanded to 1100. Its gain 88 is inherited by this section. Shem’s row is explicitly Arphaxad-bound; the Noah-bound 2558–1958 alternative would translate to 2646–2046 BC under the same gain.

The 120-year warning is an interpretive chronological placement associated with Genesis 6:3, BSB; the verse does not print its BC endpoints. The optional Gear-1 Noah route has a different 140-year gain, explained in §7. It must not be merged with this Gear-2 88-year section.

3.4 Arphaxad through the conception field: inherited +54 / +9

The carrier is the model’s 2067 BC conception/Sodom/circumcision field to 1446 BC, a span of 621. Expansion to 675 or 630 supplies gains 54 or 9. The surrounding rows inherit those gains without stretching their biographies. The 2081 BC Covenant-of-the-Pieces placement is author-designated; Scripture narrates the covenant without printing that BC label.

The call of Abraham at 2091 BC is narrative context attached to the original Abraham row, rather than a separate row in its expanded-date lists. Under the same declared +54/+9 translation it would yield 2145/2100 BC. This additional computed pair is not included in the archived statistical arrays or asserted as a new historical call date. See Genesis 12:1–4 and Genesis 15, BSB, for the distinct call and covenant narratives.

3.5 Isaac through Egypt entry: +35 proposed phase / +7 whole-span

The +35 comparison can be reconstructed using the proposed 402.5 → 437.5 Jacob/Moses phase carrier in File 62. The +7 comparison comes from the direct 483 → 490 expansion at the fixed Exodus. Their held endpoints differ; the two methods should not be collapsed.

Egypt entry is displayed as an endpoint. Its actual normal-MT span to Exodus remains 1876 → 1446 = 430. The translated entry coordinates do not imply that a later row’s translated Exodus is the same anchor that generated this comparison.

3.6 Aaron, Moses, Exodus, and Conquest: inherited +7

The earlier Mosaic block’s +7 is a section translation. File 62 supplies a proposed 80.5 → 87.5 phase carrier, but the directly expanded phase head and the inherited whole-year birth label must remain separate. Aaron uses the phase-aware 1530t–1407t interval; Moses’ corrected translated interval is 1533–1413, preserving 120.

The original compressed Aaron display 1529–1406 → 1536–1413 remains an alternate harmonic comparison in the archive. It must not be used to move Aaron’s actual summer death from 1407 to 1406 BC. The chronological reference here retains his 123 years (Numbers 33:38–39, BSB) and Moses’ 120 (Deuteronomy 34:7, BSB). Ordinary Joshua’s 1476–1366 life is unchanged; it is not the cumulative 1406–1296 appendage.

The Creation-lights/Joshua comparison is a literary and theological reading of Genesis 1:14–19, NIV and Joshua 10:12–14, BSB. Its generated dates are not stated by either passage. The existing Genesis quotation is not silently standardized into a different translation; its original wording remains in the archive.

In ordinary BC labels, adding the same amount to both endpoints moves the whole interval earlier. Its width stays unchanged. An expansion changes the width from the original span to the larger span while keeping the declared anchor fixed. Neither operation authorizes changing the biblical lifespan printed in the narrative.

6. Proposed seasonal carriers

These are explicit editorial reconstructions from File 62 §§8.6A–8.6C, not replacements for the Primary ordinary dates. They recover how the legacy 35 and 7 gains can be described without attributing them to the wrong whole-year span.

Proposed source spanHeld endpointExact operationDirect generated headGain

Download this table (CSV)

The direct 483 × 25/23 = 525 construction at Exodus instead gives 1971 BC, a 42-year gain. It does not produce 1964 BC. Similarly, the directly expanded 1534t head is not the same point as the inherited whole-year Moses comparison at 1533n. The latter simply translates the ordinary 1526–1406 interval by +7. The phase information supplies the distinctions; the normal Exodus and Moses biography retain their own source roles.

7. Optional branches and definite corrections

The Gear-1 Noah calculation

At fixed Exodus 1446 BC, 3056 − 1446 = 1610, and 1610 × 25/23 = 1750. The gain is 140, not the old footnote’s 150. The directly generated Noah head is 3196 BC. Translating its 3056–2106 biography by 140 gives 3196–2246 BC, still 950.

The earlier bracket group mixes its Noah source at 3056 with other Gear-2 labels and does not consistently follow that claimed calculation. It is preserved unchanged in the archive, rather than treated as a valid uniform +150 branch. Arphaxad remains fixed at 2456 BC under the held variant settings; an optional Noah/Flood gear does not automatically transport all subsequent biographies.

Forward Conquest expansion

Hold Exodus 1446 BC. The span to the 1400 BC end-of-fighting coordinate is 46. Expansion gives 46 × 25/23 = 50, so the generated later endpoint is 1396 BC. Separately translating the six-year 1406–1400 process by −4 gives 1402–1396 BC, and translating the following 1399 endpoint gives 1395 BC. These are generated comparisons, not revisions of the ordinary Conquest/rest field. File 00 §3.1.2 controls the forward 46 → 50 example.

The corrected Moses interval

The old table prints 1533–1412 beside a 120-year life, but the subtraction is 121. The inherited +7 shift of 1526–1406 correctly produces 1533–1413, preserving 120. A seasonal interpretation must state its phases; it should not be invented to rescue an unsuffixed unequal translation.

The Day-4 equation is likewise corrected by keeping its endpoints distinct: 4350 → 1406 = 2944, while 4350 → 1396 = 2954.

8. The larger 4830-year illustration

At the held later boundary 6 BC, File 46 §4.2 supplies the following exact comparisons:

All boundaries stay BC. They belong to the genealogical comparison register; they are not ordinary patriarchal biography dates. The identities establish the declared forward/backward span arithmetic. No BC–AD Mirror, astronomical sign reflection, or Rounded cross-axis convention is required.

9. Historical statistical counts and their limits

The original Python lists contain 154 entries, 151 distinct year labels, distributed 89/56/9 among the three ratio columns. Duplicate labels occur in more than one column. Observed counts exclude a zero-year interval; signed negative spans are accepted. These are conventions of the archived dataset, not a new count of the reconstructed publication table.

Download this table (CSV)

From 1406 BC, divisor-23 column counts are 8/89 = 8.99%, 7/56 = 12.50%, and 3/9 = 33.33%. The last percentage is only three entries from a nine-entry selected column. The original introductory 4.46%/11.46%/8.79%/12.28% figures use different, unsupplied denominators; they should not be assigned to the posted 154-entry lists.

The four divisor-368 entries are 4350, 2510, 2142, and 3246 BC. The older shorter list omitted 2142. The four combined divisor-529 entries include 1936 twice, 2465, and 2464 BC; that result combines two anchors and has three distinct date labels. It does not describe either anchor’s individual count.

Many detailed statistical values are reproducible under the posted independent-uniform random-year model. The model nevertheless discards the table’s common shifts, genealogical relationships, and alternative-selection history. Its combined-anchor expectation formula is also incorrect, and nested divisors and congruent anchors are not independent confirmations. The published chance figures therefore do not establish unconditional odds of chronological design.

Files 48 §2.0, 45, and 49 supply statistical claim-status controls for their own experiments. They do not transfer their results to this table. The present study reports verified arithmetic and a theological/structural reading; it proposes no replacement probability estimate. The exact archived input lists, descriptive ledger, reproducible model diagnostics, and full audit are preserved in the package’s editorial evidence, alongside the unchanged original code.
