Why the early indices: the cumulative sums above are built from P1–P12 because that is the window the chronology loads onto, and it is also the window in which Prime 23's pairwise spacing enrichment is concentrated (§3.10). The two coincide — the early quadruplets carry both the chronological construction and the formation-era 23-enrichment. The tests extending out to P100 and beyond (§3.10) are retained as context, not as additional claims: they establish the baseline by which the early rise is shown to be a real spike that decays, rather than the ambient level. The substantive claim is the early-window structure, not anything in the tail. ## 2. Statistical Tests ### 2.0 Methodology limits and selection effects (governs all of Section 2) 1. Floor rule. Every probability k/n below is an exact-enumeration rank: the observed configuration scored at least as high as k of the n possible decadal translations, including itself. 1/n means unique global maximum — the resolution limit of the test, not a free-standing chance estimate. 2. Conditionality. Every p is conditional on the stated targets, cycles, rail configuration, list range, hub, and null convention — all chosen with the data visible. 3. The §2.3 cumulative result moves from rank 1 of 14490 (Q-shift) to rank 2 ("1 in 7245") under the rigid null. Order-of-magnitude swings from documented choices. 4. Documented multiplicity (computed): across the 12 recorded §2.4 combinations, exact max-statistic correction moves the best nominal 1 in 2208 to 1 in 675. Outside that correction: list ranges P10–P20, begetting on/off, further cycle families tested (14400, 666, 777, 336), the second hub, the second null. 5. Target curation. Recomputed single-cycle figure: rank 2 of 336 translations (floor 1/336 — a very small shift space). Audit note: the former "+4.08σ" was not derivable from recorded inputs and is removed. Typological reading retained: 4416 BC pairs with priestly cycles (3360 = 24 courses × 140), 4206 BC with creation/jubilee cycles. ## 3.
