File_65 is a comparative companion and evidence-accounting register. Its primary contribution is the reverse Judah pincer centered on Athaliah’s seventh-year boundary, Ahaziah’s one-year reign, the fixed post-Athaliah total of 292 years, the hidden 299-year body, exact completion through 300/299, and the local schematic head at 886n BC.

File function

The file preserves inherited anchors and operators under their parent controls while registering local comparison states, selection cost, entailment, independence, claim status, and negative results. It does not replace File_08 for Kings chronology, File_16 for the great 1876 BC Nexus, File_29 for the 7/13 grammar, File_55 for the thirds operator, or File_64 for the forward Jephthah pincer and lesser 1016 BC Judges–Sanctuary Nexus.

Principal findings

  • A7 leads; A6 audits. Athaliah’s seventh-year boundary is the primary schematic state and yields the 50-year Judah surplus. Her six completed years yield the 49-year audit state.
  • Reverse 299/300 completion. The two decompositions 292 + 7 and 292 + 6 + 1 both yield 299; exact completion by 300/299 produces the local schematic 886n BC head.
  • Regular-MT central 1290. 1876 BC → 586 BC = 1290 is the regular-MT Triple-430 core. The localized-LXX rail supplies the two flanking 1290 columns.
  • Reconciliation pivot. 1406 → 886n = 520 = 40 × 13 and 886n → 606 = 280 = 40 × 7 form a strong structural inference under File_29’s established 7/13 grammar.
  • Evidence accounting. The file separates arithmetic fact, conditional arithmetic, strong structural inference, plausible scribal design, typology, providential synchronization, dependency control, and appendix-only exploration.
  • Source-control dossiers. The Final source records the Ezekiel 33:21 textual-variant field, LXX Leviticus 25 / Luke redemption-release vocabulary, Jehoiachin’s preferred 561 BC comparison, the famine 1290/1335 field, and the appendix-only 72-year shadow.

Verification and status

Finalized August 3 2026 after the High-risk split workflow and an independent Pass 2 Verification. The arithmetic manifest contains 257 stable rows, all independently re-executed with 257/257 PASS. The Final source contains forty Markdown tables and nineteen Machine Guards. No proof-bearing arithmetic correction was required in Pass 2.

Pressure-test boundary: no full post-final pressure test was performed. Pass 2 verification is not represented as a pressure test.
