Purpose
File_70 is the Genesis literary-narrative capstone to Files 68–69. It returns the Enoch-centered calendrical and genealogical architecture to the first, middle, and last Genesis toledot:

Creation supplies the first doubled heptad. Terah supplies the middle 2296→2226→2156 BC = 70+70, internally (60+10)|(60+10). The final Jacob toledot contains both Jacob’s two seven-year bridal services and Joseph’s seven years of Plenty followed by seven years of Famine.

The restored-Cainan Creation rail and Joseph’s final narrative rail align as:

The three principal calendar executions are:
4238−1898 = 2340 = 13×180 = 6.5×360
4237−1885 = 2352 = 14×168 = 7×336
2366 = 13×182 = 6.5×364 = 13×14×13.
These distinguish the Prophetic exposure state, the Priestly covering state, and the Enochian corresponding-node translation.
Garment reversal and preservation
Joseph’s age-17 descent begins when his noble tunic is stripped, dipped in goat’s blood, and presented to Jacob as evidence of death. Thirteen years later Joseph exchanges his prison clothes, is clothed in fine linen, is elevated beside Pharaoh, marries Asenath, and begins the administration that preserves life through Plenty and Famine.
The narrative movement is:
exposure and death-sign
→ covering and investiture
→ ordered preservation of life.
The larger cumulative return
File_70 then extends the same heptadic grammar into the cumulative Creation–Shem–Jacob–Restoration field. The principal macro-spine is:
14011 BC → 5436 BC → 1936 BC → 536 BC.
This joins cumulative Creation, the Shem-centered toledot cluster, the Jacob/Levi intersection, and restoration without collapsing their separate event and chronology states.
The later appendices extend the scale through the SKL and the seven-stage heptadic return while retaining the repository’s strict distinction between ordinary chronology, cumulative chronology, SKL scale states, and Mirror comparison.

It develops:

as the four-node Enochian–SKL reconciliation, identifies 4346 BC as the common operator-parent of the two principal regular-MT Creation states, follows the repeated 1470 carrier through Enoch, Conquest, and Christ, and integrates the cumulative, Projective-Pillar, Danielic, and LXX comparison fields.
The Supplement remains a separate subordinate technical proof. Its generated centers, comparison coordinates, and conjectural LXX leveling do not become File_70 historical anchors or replace File_70’s governing toledot / Atonement-Weave theorem.
Reading controls
Genesis 2:4 and 37:2 remain literary headings rather than dated events. Joseph’s goat-blood tunic is a false death-token, not an explicit sacrifice; his fine linen is royal and administrative investiture, not Aaronic ordination.
The chronological equations establish the coordinate architecture. Literary and theological correspondences explain its significance but do not generate the chronology. File_29 remains the theological controller of the 7/13/14 Reconciliation Fractal, while Files 68–69 retain their parent proof burdens.
