File_67 is the downstream extension of File_66’s Dial-of-Ahaz sign engine. File_66 controls the 10-back / 15-forward sign; File_67 studies its effects upon the flanking and boundary kings of Judah.

Hezekiah stands as the righteous restoring king between Ahaz and Manasseh. The sign’s backward and forward motions become the chronology’s theological grammar: he repairs Ahaz’s past apostasy while Manasseh’s future life and accession age are encompassed within the fifteen-year extension.
