File_63 develops the scale-neutral carrier generated by the relationship among the whole-year 480, quarter-phase 483, and completed 490 states:

480 = 12 × 40
483 = 12 × 40.25 = 69 × 7
483 × 70/69 = 490

Beginning with the birth-law and phase controls established in File_62, the file examines how this carrier repeats at different magnitudes without erasing chronological direction, calendar phase, tradition, or node-class.

Its principal applications include:

Jacob’s twelve sons and the twelve tribes of Israel;
Levi’s structural thirteenth position;
the Exodus, Conquest, land rest, and Joshua;
Abraham, Isaac, and the Temple;
David and Solomon’s united monarchy;
the cumulative Creation, Shem, and Flood chronologies;
the 147/161/175 heptadic family;
the BC/AD Mirror and precessional-day display.

Highlights

Defines the scale-neutral pair:

40 / 40.25

and its principal enlargements:

120 / 120.75
1200 / 1207.5
12000 / 12075

The corresponding phase increments are:

0.75 → 7.5 → 75

Interprets:

480 = 12 × 40

as both twelve Mosaic-generation units and twelve completed male 7+33 units, while preserving the distinction between interval count and named individuals.

Extends Levi’s carrier through a structural thirteenth unit:

1919 → 1439 = 480 = 12 × 40
1439 → 1399 = 40
1919 → 1399 = 520 = 13 × 40

The enclosing field is:

1926 → 1366 = 560 = 14 × 40

with the outer 7 and 33 reproducing the male birth-law form.

Shows the inverted Conquest hinge:

1439 → 1406 → 1399 = 33 + 7

so that the same Conquest and land-rest field closes one forty-year body and opens another.

Develops the Abraham-to-Temple decuple birth-law structure:

The Temple’s 7.5-year construction state completes:

1200 + 7.5 = 1207.5

David and Solomon’s two forty-year reigns therefore complete the 23→25 movement.

together with the rounded and phase-resolved 7/7.5 construction states and the bounded 960t/959t/958t BC completion-and-dedication corridor.

Develops the Levi–Judah priest–king ladder:

Levi    1920t → 960t = 960
Judah   1919t → 959t = 960

The central 959t BC state joins the patriarchal Levi–Judah field to Solomon’s royal-priestly Temple dedication without collapsing king and priest into one office.

Translates the cumulative Creation week through successive 483 carriers:

This produces the 25–26–27 × 483 Creation–Jacob–Exodus–Solomon lattice.

The 12000/12005 spans terminate in Jacob’s regular chronology, while 12075 operates both through Jacob at Bethel in regular chronology and through the cumulative Jacob-death / Levi-birth coordinate at 1936 BC.

Unfolds Jacob, surnamed Israel, through the twelve tribes:

12 × 12000 = 144000
12 × 12005 = 144060
12 × 12075 = 144900

Only 144000 is Revelation’s textual total. The 144060 and 144900 values are derived File_63 displays.

Connects the cumulative Jacob–Levi node with the elemental heptadic family:

2083 → 1936 = 147
2083 → 1922 = 161 = 147 + 14

and at macro scale:

144900 = 900 × 161
144900 × 70/69 = 147000 = 1000 × 147
144900 × 25/23 = 157500 = 900 × 175

Integrates the Covenant-of-Pieces stars and offspring field:

14041 → 2081 = 11960 = 40 × 299
14011 → 2051 = 11960

The Enochian completion gives:

11960 × 300/299 = 12000

while the twelvefold offspring seed is:

12 × 11960
= 143520
= 480 × 299
= 2080 × 69

This common seed supports two distinct completions:

143520 × 300/299 = 144000 = 400 × 360
143520 × 70/69   = 145600 = 400 × 364

Records the Abraham–Isaac–Levi double-115 hinge:

The proposed Isaac age-15 offering coordinate is therefore the midpoint between Abraham’s regular birth and the cumulative Jacob-death / Levi-birth node.

Extends the carrier through the cumulative Flood and Shem fields, including:

14011 → 5436 = 8575 = 175 × 49
4836 → 2435 = 2401 = 49²
2435 → 1406 = 1029 = 7 × 147

and the coordinated family:

147 → 161 → 175

Completes the wider comparison through the BC/AD Mirror and precessional display:

6 × 480 = 2880 = 40 × 72
6 × 483 = 2898 = 40.25 × 72

The same-side BC structures carry the principal scribal-design argument. The BC/AD Mirror and precessional closures are classified separately as providential synchronization.

State and interpretation controls

The values 480, 483, and 490 are related but non-identical carrier states:

480 is the whole-year carrier;
483 is the quarter-phase carrier;
490 is the completed Prophetic or Jubilee carrier.

File_63 uses local carrier translation to move declared coordinates or envelopes. It does not extend File_61 and File_62’s H7 and T14 clutch operators into unrelated chronology.

Regular, cumulative, Rounded, phase-paired, author-designated, derived, and Mirror coordinates remain distinct node-classes.

The 12000/12005 Jacob spans and the 12075 regular/cumulative spans must not be collapsed into one chronology state merely because they belong to the same scale family.

The 144000 total is textually present in Revelation. The 144060, 144900, 147000, and related large values are derived structural displays.

The Covenant-of-Pieces and Isaac-offering coordinates used in the file are author-designated chronology comparisons. Genesis records the Covenant and the offering narrative, but it does not supply these BC labels or state Isaac’s age at the offering.

The Messianic and Magi applications are theological and providential readings. They are not documentary proof that a particular Babylonian, Persian, or Magian school possessed the complete File_63 system.

Arithmetic facts and source-controlled chronology carry the primary argument. Structural inference, typological reading, plausible authorial design, and providential synchronization remain separately classified.
