## 0. File-function

`File_56` records the Creation Decade Protocol: the proposal, developed in the author-directed discussion record of July 2026, that the three cumulative Creation envelopes of MT, SP, and LXX all stand inside a common ten-year Creation decade (Days / Years 1–10), and that the traditions differ only in which segment of the decade each officially marks. MT and LXX mark Days 1–7 (Sunday through Sabbath), anchored to the Day-1 epoch of the Priestly reckoning. The SP marks Days 4–10 (Wednesday through Tuesday), anchored to the Day-4 epoch of the Enochian solar calendar, the day the luminaries were appointed.

The file establishes the decade boundary ladder, the three tradition tables, the Aaron-member Adam selection that resolves the sixth-day placement inside the SP week, the dual-origin calendar etiology (Priestly from Day 1; Solar from Day 4), the 299-multiple solar ladder to the Exodus, the 12000-year Creation–Conquest transposition, the restored-Cainan decade states, and the bounded historical-theological tiers that motivate but do not carry the arithmetic.

Argument-control result: the file's proof burden rests on the arithmetic-fact layer (§0.6) and the structural inferences built directly on it (§§1–8). The historical and theological tiers (§9) explain why the arithmetic matters; they are firewalled from the proof burden by Machine Guard.

Machine Guard [SP DAY-4 PHASE-ANCHOR SCOPE]:
The SP Enochian Day-4 phase-anchor state is cumulative-only. SP regular chronology remains Day-1 anchored: the regular SP Creation week remains `4206–4199 BC` with Year-7 completion at `4199 BC`, and the Toggle ON inclusive-reckoning mechanism (File_00 §4.2; File_18 §3) remains a distinct, orthogonal operator. Do not derive either mechanism from the other.

Machine Guard [DECADE ENVELOPE NON-REPLACEMENT]:
The Creation decade envelopes coexist with the canonical 7-year envelopes of File_18 §§6B–6D. They do not overwrite, correct, or replace those tables. The default Day-1 / Year-7 reading remains active wherever the phase-anchor state is not explicitly named.

Machine Guard [AARON-MEMBER ADAM SELECTION]:
The Day-1 ↔ Day-4 phase shift and the Aaron/Moses gap are both `3` years. Their coincidence is the corroborating structure of this file; it is not an identity. Do not derive one from the other, and do not let the Adam / sixth-day label migrate from the Aaron member `13401 BC` to the Moses member `13398 BC` under the phase state.

Machine Guard [PHASE-SHIFT / STRADDLE FIREWALL]:
The 3-year Day-1 ↔ Day-4 phase shift (whole-year boundary register) and the File_12 `3.5`-day Saturday-evening / Wednesday-morning liturgical straddle (sub-day liturgical register) are distinct node-classes. Cainan restoration on the cumulative rail uses the `460` lifespan insertion only (File_18 §6B). Never apply the regular `+130` begetting-age insertion to a cumulative decade state.

`966 BC` and `516 BC` remain Kings-controlled historical anchors under File_08 dependency. The displays `13866 − 12900 = 966` and `13866 − 13350 = 516` are providential synchronization, not new derivations of those dates.

The `300/299` conversion residues `40` (Wilderness), `42` (months / `1260` motif), and `45` (Caleb, Joshua 14:10) are conversion gains with typological labels. They are not added historical years and must not be inserted into any civil chronology.

The `12000` Creation–Conquest transposition is same-side BC subtraction (`13406 − 12000 = 1406`). It is not a Mirror protocol and must not be restated as one.

The Tier-1 presuppositional claims and Tier-2 historical-development theory of §9 motivate the phase-anchor state but are not load-bearing for it. The phase-anchor state stands on the Tier-3 arithmetic (12000 lock, 299 ladder, `110²` Day-10 terminus, `605` invariant) even if the historical theses were rejected.
