This public-clean source preserves the Final and post-final pressure-tested status in the header. Detailed finalization records, pressure-test summaries, cross-file recommendation tables, and Revision Log material are archived rather than repeated in the public body.

Argument-control rule:
Arithmetic facts preserve the local locks. Structural or theological interpretation does not carry the arithmetic burden unless the section explicitly opens a dependency-controlled proof state.
