## 0. File-function

`File_36` registers the rare-prime cluster architecture downstream of `File_32`, `File_33`, and `File_35`. Its active final function is to show how P6, P7, P16, P19, and P25 operate as rare-cluster scaffold nodes that target actual chronological states through corrected positive and negative prime-polarity outputs.

The inherited source mechanism corrected during this revision is documented once in §4. It does not carry proof burden elsewhere in the file.

Argument-control rule:
Arithmetic facts and dependency-controlled chronology carry the base layer. Rare-cluster patterns may support structural inference. Theological readings explain meaning but do not replace arithmetic, source control, or modal-state discipline.

Modal-state rule:
A shared number, date-label, cluster member, prime start, `Q` value, Mirror label, or `+50` does not create identity unless state, node-class, operator, and dependency agree.

## 1. Controlling correction — Prime-Polarity / Target-Mirror Reconciliation

### 1.1 Governing law

`6 BC / AD 25` is the P2 negative-polarity / signed A-space bridge. `6 BC / 36 BC` is the P2 positive rail-window. These are related but not one continuous arithmetic operator.

### Audit note 2: P6 active `Q` versus P6 quintuplet member `1489`

P6 active polarity row uses `Q = 1481`. The P6 quintuplet relation with P7 includes member `1489`. These are different node-classes and should not be collapsed.

### Audit note 3: P16 old four-date set

`16086 BC` and `16056 BC` remain positive-polarity outputs. `16066 BC` may function only as a midpoint diagnostic. `16036 BC` is audit-only unless independently supplied by actual chronology.
