## 0. File-function

`File_29` defines the 7/13 harmonic weave as a master-axiom file. It records the repository claim that `7` functions as perfection, covenant, completion, and rest, while `13` functions as entropy, curse, rebellion, separation, and the Fall. The local thesis is that `13` is repeatedly encompassed, bounded, or resolved by `7` across biblical, comparative, cumulative, calendrical, Mirror, and SKL registers.

This file does not replace the detailed anchor files that control the individual calculations. It indexes the 7/13 weave across those files and preserves the theological interpretation that the weave signifies atonement: the covering of chaos by divine order.
