## 0. File-function

`File_08` records the Kings-era resolution field.

The file gathers four related structures:

Modal-state rule:
A shared date-label, number, span, calendar day, or typological value does not create identity unless state, node-class, tradition, and operator agree.

Argument-control rule:
Arithmetic facts and textual / chronology data carry the base layer. Typological and theological readings explain why a structure matters, but they do not replace arithmetic or dependency control.

Calendar-state rule:
Lunar dates and day-count labels are mapped to the 360-day rounded calendar unless a local section explicitly specifies another calendar state. This is a repository-wide rule applied locally in `File_08`. In the Jeremiah Protocol, Av 10 is Lunar Day `128` mapped through the calendar gearbox to Prophetic Day `130`.
